The Company conducts periodic salary surveys in the industry, and conducts salary adjustment based on the Company’s overall business performance and employee performance evaluation. The current salary accounts are divided into four major projects: taxable debit, tax exemption debit, taxable credit, and tax exemption credit. The details of the major account can be queried in the electronic payroll system or further queried through the Human Resources unit. The Dragon Boat Festival, Mid-Autumn Festival, and New Year bonuses will be awarded according to the Company’s annual profitability and employee performance evaluation.

Employees are entitled to various paid leave in accordance with the law, including annual leave, seniority leave, pre-birth checkup, male employee parental leave, maternity leave, breastfeeding leave, wedding leave, bereavement leave, and business leave.
